So unfortunately, once your order is out of my hands, Wired Mystical Creations is not responsible for lost orders or damages that could potentially occur once the item(s) are out for delivery. Wired Mystical Creations is not responsible for mailing to the incorrect address if the registered address has typos, incorrect or missing information (Apt # etc). Please triple check your address before placing your order to ensure this doesn’t happen. I use USPS to ship out my packages. I will always supply you with the tracking number so you have access to seeing where your order is, but I can only see what you see with the tracking information.

Most Wired Mystical Dangle Earrings are hypoallergenic unless stated otherwise. I use sterling silver earring hooks and 14k gold earring hooks. However, the Antiqued Copper Dangle Earrings and Stud Earrings listed, are either gold or silver plated metal, so those items specifically are not considered hypoallergenic.

All of the crystals I use for jewelry making are from an online supplier that lives locally in Jaipur, India who sells ethically sourced crystals. All of the rainbow crystal beads that I use for suncatchers, are from an online supplier that lives locally in Pomona, California who sells beautifully created, flashy, swarovski suncatcher crystal beads that cast mystical rainbows into your space.

Wired Mystical Creations uses tarnish resistant gold wire, tarnish resistant silver wire, and copper wire that is all locally sourced. All of my copper pieces of jewelry, both pendants and earrings, go through an oxidation process to give an antiqued look. Wired Mystical uses sterling silver earring hooks and 14k gold earring hooks for all dangle earrings. However, the stud earrings listed, are either gold or silver plated metal.

Oxidation is a process in which color changes on the surface of a metal. However, jewelers can antique their creations in a controlled manner to achieve a desirable tarnish. Why do I choose to oxidize my copper pieces? It can help increase the depth, contrast and it helps enhance texture of the pendant and the stone against the oxidized copper. By embarking this process, its creating a longer lasting and better quality piece. Antiqued copper has a much more natural, lived-in-look in my eyes, compared to the color of copper prior to oxidizing. You can read and learn more about the oxidation process up above.

All oxidized copper pendants include a black cord. All silver pendants include a sterling silver chain. All gold pendants include a 18k gold chain. No additional cost.
